The city hall of Schaerbeek welcomes newly engaged couples to wed on Valentine's Day. The first 5 lucky couples who register via the Civil Status Department will enjoy a free wedding ceremony on Tuesday 14 February 2023.
Those who register as soon as possible via etatcivil@1030.be or burgerlijkestand@1030.be will be among the lucky ones.
As with all marriages in the city hall, the couple must submit a marriage declaration to the Civil Registry Office at least 15 days before the ceremony (30 days if one of the couple is not registered in Belgium). In honour of the lovers' day, your wedding ceremony will be free of charge! Married couples can also receive a wedding booklet as a souvenir for a small fee of 35 euros.
