Jit, the very friendly Nepalese owner, opened this restaurant with a takeaway in May 2021. Sushi and Nepal ? Yes, a lot of people who work in sushi restaurants come from Nepal ;-) Recently, a new chef with 15 years of experience joined the team and introduced new dishes like "Gunkan" and "Roasted Nigir". Good to know, the chef also makes his own teriyaki sauce. The freshness of ingredients is of utmost importance: the fish, therefore, comes from Fructimar and Super Fish!
